For the purpose of publishing the paper in the Proceedings and/or for participation in the Conference (including the UID 2026 membership fee), the following fees and deadlines are applied:


Fee: by June 25th, 2026

    € 600.00 for regular members
    € 400.00 for students


At least one subscription fee must be paid for the publication of each contribution.
Each partecipating author have to subscribe.

For organizational reasons, it will be possible to register for the Conference and have the guarantee of publication of the paper in the Proceedings only by June 30, 2026.

For registration, please follow these two steps :

 1.  Click on the link corresponding to your status (regular member or student) and pay the fee;
 2.  Fill out the registration form via this link.
