ICEA is a Department of Excellence

ICEA is among the 180 Departments selected at national level by ANVUR (Italian National Agency for the eValuation of Universities and Research institutes) as University Department of Excellence, recipient of the extraordinary funding for the five-year period 2023-2027 provided for by law 232-2016 - Fund for the financing of University Departments of Excellence. The 180 Departments of Excellence, of which 11 belong to UNIPD, were selected from a preliminary ranking of the best 350 Departments of Italian state universities. ICEA was awarded for the quality of the research produced and for the quality of the scientific, organizational and teaching development project, as well as with reference to the research purposes of "Industry 4.0".
