Researcher in the SSD ICAR/20 at the Department ICEA - University of Padua.
I graduated in Padua in Architectural Engineering and qualified as an engineer in 2004.
I started my professional activity integrating freelance activity with academic collaboration/ research.
In 2009 I obtained the title of PhD at Bologna University.
My research activity is based on understanding the relationships existing within the different components of the territory (invariant), with particular reference to territorial aggregations (metropolitan areas and cities), analyzing the phenomena related to widespread industrialization and to the structure of the territorial framework (to be read both in an evolutionary and quantitative-qualitative key), on the comprehension of the transport system and landscape infrastructures.
This activity was developed through research both at local and national level (PRIN), through designing/planning experiences such as the Regional Territorial Coordination Plan of the Veneto Region, the Strategic Green Tour Project of the Veneto Region, as well as participating in some projects INTERREG European projects (in particular the “Empiric”, “Polyinvest”, “Cesba”, "Framesport" projects). Throught these experiences, I acquired a working method that is attentive to the multidisciplinary and trans-disciplinary approach.
I am the author of essays and papers on the themes of the transformation of the territory, the spatial/regional/landscape regeneration.
